Shopping for a new or used car means there are certain amenities that one requires. Unfortunately, your Popular Features filter search ONLY list 7 features on vehicles that can actually have more than 50 features. And of course the features to select from do NOT have any of the important features. Like Bluetooth Audio Streaming, Blind Spot Monitor, 360° Vehicle View...etc. Why would a used car company not have this... because they don't care about their customers or selling vehicles... IMO.

They keep sending the same documentation for you to sign via electronic and fed ex! instead of updating what I signed, had notarized and sent back over night via FedEx with a tracking number AND UPLOADING IT TO MY ACCOUNT they just keep sending the same documents saying i need to sign!!!! HOLDING UP THE TRANSACTION!!! it's been a week and everything is complete and I still don't have a delivery date! PISSED OFF REGARDING UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ON VROOMS END!!

The wrong model of the car was brought to me. I ordered a performance model tesla, but a long range model arrived instead. They do not have the inventory to swap for the correct car and also will not hold the correct vehicle for me once it becomes available to fix the problem. Also the app isnt intuitive enough to differentiate the different models of tesla. Being standard, mid, long range, and performance models.
