What a poor application! Imagine... It doesn't check your appointment time and see if it has already used up a slot until AFTER the payment. How lame! It took my money and charged my card and then told me the time was unavailable. How stupid is that? And the constant request for rating the app even after it has been rated? Incredibly annoying. My car isn't on the list and you have Geely but not Genesis? Seriously? Overall an incredibly poor app experience and not recommended.

Waited over 3 hours after the booking time without the carwash van showing up. No one has contacted me from the app to inform me of the delay. Had I not contact them myself, I would not have known. Terrible experience, I'll uninstall the app and never download it again

My car is not listed on the app. Besides, I requested my first service today...interior detailing. It was scheduled for 10:05 am. It is 11:34 am and they are still not here. Poor service. Won't recommend to anyone.
