- Compare the different route options to reach your destination and choose the best route according to your preferences
- Plan your itineraries so you can return to them and get alerts about your journeys and plans even without an internet connection
- Find your favorite means of transportation : public transport (métro, bus, RER, Transilien, tramway), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV Inoui, OUIGO, TGV Lyria, Thalys, Eurostar...), buses (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) et carpooling (Blablacar)

2) Book your tickets and passes:
- Buy all your train tickets, cards and season tickets, including Interrail passes for unlimited travel around Europe. Choose the "One Pass Country" if you want to visit one country, or the "Pass Global" for cross-border journeys
- The "Mon Identifiant SNCF" customer account will store your preferences, SNCF discount cards and SNCF rewards cards on the app
- Easily change or cancel your train ticket

It's my first review, but I just can't pass by. The app (and the website) is just the worst! I have never seen such a complicated and absolutely unlogical user experience. For example just to see the price of the train you have to go through 5 different steps, which are also very confusing especially when you didn't get used to the app. It's a pity that by this monopoly you don't have a choice...

Much better then the old app, but still a bit clumsy and not properly guiding the user at times. Also looks a bit overloaded. I very much appreciate the responsiveness of the development team and also the new functionality: booked just for today a TGV on the fly! I was not able to do so just a couple of weeks back..... well done! keep on going! The improvements are highly appreciated!! ;-)

The first time I ever go on the play store solely to give a bad rating. Changed the whole app without transfering any of my trips. Old oui.sncf.fr website now also links to the new SNCF connect website with old tickets not being transferred. Had to find the emails from booking the tickets months ago to find the reference code. Still trying to find the old button to add trips to my calendar automatically. Horrible, horrible rollout!
