Plan a journey:
- Search for the best route to your destination
- Book your train tickets in France (TER, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, INTERCITÉS), to destinations in Europe (TGV Lyria, Eurostar (formerly Thalys), DB SNCF Voyageurs), in Germany (Deutsche Bahn) and in Switzerland (SBB CFF FFS)
- Buy public transport tickets in Paris and the Île-de-France region (IDFM network) and in 62 cities across France (metro, bus, tram, RER, Transilien SNCF, RATP)
- Book coach services (FlixBus, BlaBlaCar Bus), BlaBlaCar carpooling and Uber taxi/private hire services
- Set booking alerts, low price alerts and train full alerts to find the train ticket that suits you
- Place an option on a ticket to lock in the price for a set period

Book travel tickets and subscriptions:
- Buy all your train tickets, cartes Avantage and Carte Liberté, SNCF subscriptions including regional TER subscriptions, as well as Deutsche Bahn (Germany) and SBB tickets (Switzerland)
- In Île-de-France, top up your Navigo pass directly on your phone
- Buy and validate digital tickets and travel passes for the RATP & SNCF network in Île-de-France (Metro-Train-RER Tickets, Bus-Tram Tickets, Paris Region <> Airports tickets, Navigo pass)
- Through your customer account, save your traveller profile, travel companions, payment cards, subscriptions, SNCF discount cards and loyalty cards
- Pay securely by bank card or PayPal, in one or several instalments, with your Chèques-Vacances Connect or mobility budget cards

it just doesn't work anymore unable to search destination, get the date I want... it goes into search and spins forever on every page, trip, booking or account. I reset, uninstalled the app and installed again, now I lost my booked trip AND can't get into my account. I have been waiting for customer service to get back to me with a solution ALL DAY

It seems the app log-in screen does not persist on Android. When I change screen to my email for the verification code , the log-in screen resets when I switch back to the app. So there is no way to read and enter the code within the same device. I need to use my computer to get the code then enter on the phone. It cancels out the advantage of using the app on a mobile device.

Always losing my selections. I'm traveling with my family and I'm constantly having to add the travelers back in, and change age, type in ages, when looking for new routes. Every other travel app I use remembers this by default from my last search. Also when I look for a different route while in the same app session, it won't display prices. When you then select to book or check prices, it reverts back to a previous search criteria that I had moved on from. So frustrating.
