August 2017 WORST APP EVER ! I booked tickets for 6th and they booked them for the 13th and when I went change them they said they could do nothing for me. If you wanna book TGV just go straight through the website. This APP SUCKS
I missed my train because I could not collect my tickets in self service machine. It required from me presence of my payment card. But I payed with my virtual card which physically doesn't exist. Why the system didn't warn me before payment that I must have my payment card with me? I'd like to get refund of my missed train!
Simply impossible to enter a non European phone number which makes it impossible to proceed to the payment. Cannot understand the UX designer way of thinking. Probably designed during SNCF strikes days. The worst app I have encountered.
We are writing 2017, but still impossible to order ticket from non-french mobile number.
Easy to use, really handy, excellent company. The only thing that lets it down is the date and time selection at the start.
Comme tous les sites sncf: 1000 options, erreurs incessantes non resolues "une erreur inconnue s est produite"; au lieu de te laisser choisir parmi les places disponibles, tu choisis ce que tu veux et on te dit que c'est pas possible apres, des numeros de carte (gd voyageur, etc) de 8 a 11 caracteres a taper a la main, renouvellement abo pas possible, menu confus, formulaires interminables, support en ligne plus complique que le probleme, dématérialisation d un abo presque impossible... appli ultra pourrie
Does not work, keeps on forgeting my data, overall painfull expérience to book anything. :( bloody shame to have such thing in 2017
