Clunky and not user-friendly at all! Every time I click on something, I have to watch another 45-minute video. It's ridiculous. I gave it a few stars because there's a workout calendar, which is nice, but the whole 45-minute video I originally watched talked about diet and carb-cycling. If you want a personalized diet plan, that's extra, and the diet part of the app is just a few pages of formulas you have to figure out with a pen and paper! I was expecting an intuitive interactive monthly menu!

I just bought the program, and I have tried to create an account keeps telling me Error. Interesting thing about it is that I didn't complete the purchase due to all thr videos they have to get you to purchase more and more products. I was over all the video and decided not to complete it. I received an email saying it was charged to my account. I checked the account sure enough it was charged. I do hope I'm able to have access and receive what I was charged for.
