This is just OKAY. It glitches and some of the options DO NOT work. Tap billing information, payment options, payment information/history and you get nothing. Do Not provide options if they are not workable. Also is it possible to get a reminder email about upcoming payment due that includes the payment amount, due date, and partial account number being used for auto pay (if applicable). Thanks🙂

No user security. The "app" throws up a page that has a "link" for "reject all cookies" and "manage cookies". In this day and age, security should be topmost in everyone's minds, but the links disappear almost immediately. And, on the rare occasions when my practice hand-held coordination is fast enough to catch it and click on the link, it goes nowhere, and the login screen is displayed. There was no acknowledgement that a choice had been made so my assumption is it didn't process it.

The app never allows me to log in without calling for a password reset. When I attempt to enter my login, it gives an error. When I try to recover my password, it says no record found. Luckily, the customer service is great. However, the app needs some tweaks.
