The VSSL app supports all current VSSL products including the X Series powered amplifiers (A.1x, A.3x, A.6x) and the SX Series surround sound system (SX Soundbar, SX Subwoofer, SX Speaker, and SX Sync).

VSSL’s X Series powered amplifiers extend the capabilities of your existing entertainment setup, integrating with your current home audio environment to deliver flexibility and newly enhanced features.

VSSL’s innovative SX surround sound system empowers your music and movies with its easy-to-configure wireless interconnect and support for multiple surround sound configurations. When paired with the latest firmware, this version of the VSSL app supports surround sound configurations up to 7.2 pairing your SX Soundbar with multiple subwoofers and speakers to build the ultimate home theater experience, easier and louder than ever before.

With its Native Streaming™ capabilities, VSSL streams audio from all major music and movie streaming services into your home environment using the native application of that service. With no learning curve to complicate your cast, VSSL makes it easy to just connect, stream and enjoy.

Within the VSSL app, you are in control – from volume, EQ, and Sub for how you hear it to IR, Bluetooth, and TV Remote for how you integrate it. And with its simplified installation process, the VSSL app dramatically shortens setup time – by 50% or more over previous versions – connecting multiple streams of music and movie audio to different rooms or locations simultaneously.

To do this, the VSSL app connects your VSSL devices to your home network (either wired or wireless depending upon the device and your network setup), synchronizes the audio outputs (for example, a soundbar with the subwoofer and surround speakers) and allows any user with access to that network to stream the music of their choice to their specified location. Whether you’re building that next-level home
movie theater or adding audio to your outdoor patio, VSSL doesn’t just make the experience of streaming easier, but delivers the amazing sound that you expect.

NOTE: This release is accompanied by a firmware update available for the SX Soundbar, SX Speaker, and SX Subwoofer. The firmware updates for the SX Soundbar (v2.080) and SX Speaker (v1.80) are delivered OTA and do not require additional end-user intervention. The firmware update for the SX Subwoofer (v2.10) is delivered through the VSSL app and requires that the end-user unpair, reset and re-initiate the pairing process in order to apply the update. This release also coincides with the release of new Control4 drivers for each of the following VSSL devices: the X Series A.1x, A.3x, and A.6x as well as the SX Soundbar and SX Speaker. These drivers can be found in the VSSL Support section at www.vssl.com/pages/drivers.
