it worked fine for a few years then suddenly the reports are giving nonsensical readings. I've been stable for a year however the reports suggest I'm overweight and probably am about to die. I tried resetting the scales but it made no difference. I reported this asking if there was anything else I could do. l even sent a screenshot but got an email back with FAQ. Terrible customer service. Really terribile. Hugely disappointed

Analysis cannot be trusted since the last update. Apart from now showing ads all the time, I went from Beefy body style to Hidden fat with a value of 30 in visceral fat. I am a normal sized European at 182cm, weighing 83 kilo. The scale is showing me as obese on all counts alongside having very low muscle mass. It was working better (never was perfect) before the last update on March 2 containing only "Bugfixes"

I have a problem with the latest update of scale up app on my android phone. since I updated it the values just jumped to the max. values and it seems that the scale up have only this problem with android phones as I tried on iPhone and the value was the same as previous before update.
