Ratings and reviews

No English language. So you cannot check data used. Viettel wants foreigners to use up their data so they can dial back their speed to save money, or to force them to top off their sim if they arent on an unlimited plan. The coverage is nice and quick. But for a major cell phone provider to not have multiple languages it's clear they want to keep you ignorant to how much data you have left. They can hire people to respond to reviews in English on here, but they cannot translate their app?

The app has too much the feature. So, if someone only uses the basic function. It is very low. Please create an lite app for basic function

Still no English support in 2024?? Sad! It takes 2 hours to register a new viettel Sim card, during the same time you could translate the main functions of the App in English!
