Ratings and reviews

I can't watch any shows. I can't upgrade to premium, and only 11 movies & 6 shows are available to me. They look as if they're about 10 years old, there's nothing new or recent available to me. True Beauty is advertised but when I search for it It's nkt available. The app is fraudulent. I'm uninstalling immediately.

Buying the premium access still has as much as ads as without premium access. Contact customer service, apparently, there is a different level of premium and the option is nowhere to be found. Also, the sign-in page in the app will direct you to the sign up page. When contacting customer service about this they will ask you to delete and reinstall the app and the same issue occurred.

The new version is a total downgrade. 1. UI looks like the average free online streaming website who put 0 effort on visual (which is fair if they're free. But I expected more from VIU who have paid subs. 2. All my bookmarks (watchlist) from the previous version is gone. 3. It doesnt track my last watched correctly 4. It's hard to read the subtitle. All in all, I didn't find any good points from the new version.
