TERRIBLE!! Car would not lock, drop-off location does not exist but is shown on map, I did not know that a 3.5 hr rental would cost $62 (because the app doesn't tell you how much the rental is until you return the car), and it also doesn't tell you before renting that "free floating " vehicles need to be parked in a specific zone after you're done. Horrible experience. Called a week ago for help, no response!

Beautiful vehicles, great system except you can't pay for your trip. Have tried several of my cards with funds available, more than enough. Their app and website keep refusing my payment method. It doesn't even attempt the transaction on my end. Contacted customer service and every single time I get the same response. That they will let their supervisor know. Still weeks later, no one has attempted to contact me or solve the payment problem. They don't seem to want to make money.

I give the idea 5 stars, however the developers of this app need to look into the payment portion of the app. It gets stuck, it does not process in the first try, it almost does not allow you to add any payment method. All my cards have money and are active. I still check everyday to see if i can add my credit or debit card and NOTHING called mocean and girl said they cant do anything about it and that it has to be done from my end l, i asked if they would manually enter it for me answer=NO
