"I'm thoroughly impressed with the app's intuitive interface and seamless transition process. Recharging is incredibly easy, but I'd love to see the addition of UPI payment options for adding funds. Implementing this feature would elevate the app's professionalism and user experience to the next level

UI is not very good, yes, you will have to add money using other UPI apps but it does serve the purpose of giving you cashback / commission. Yes, you can't withdraw the commission but you can use that for future bills. Other apps are literally charging convience fee whereas we are saving whatever we can on bills. Great app & initiative. Hopefully UI are gonna get better with time.
