The device itself works well and I like it. The problem is the ear piece hurts my ear and I am constantly switching ears to relieve the pain. Also the phone app to track it doesn't work properly. It shuts off and doesn't record anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still quits on me. It does no good if you can't track what is happening when you are asleep. PLEASE FIX THE APP!! $171 is a lot to pay for something that I can't track if it's working or not.

Does not pick up my snoring. It's picked up the birds chirping outside my window which is more than 2m from my bed. The phone is less than 1m from me. Would definnately not recommend. Also, would be nice if sleep music played while in record mode. It's either one or the other. Neither the device or app work as described. Would give less than 1 star if I could

Got the device in Dec 2022 and it seemed to work fine and help other than the pain it causes from wearing on the same side. Still hurts but not as much. 2 weeks after I started using I also had the app closing itself. I was told to return the device for a replacement bu seller, then 2 days AFTER mailed the developer said to uninstall, then reinstall to fix the issue. New received, uninstall/install 3 times and device will not connect. Emailing today but think it's going back for refund. Junk.
