Isn't working for me. The ads in my text messaging are terrible. What happened? It worked better than this initially. Is it there are just too many ads? I can see many ads were blocked. Is it something I have done incorrectly? At this point I am surprised Verizon "The Best" hasn't gotten control over the intrusive ads! Verizon do something to stop this!

Deceptive app. My device has to incur the risk first and be I have to identify it first. You dont get access to the "research" list unless you pay for the caller ID first. Caller ID use to be free. Also the world population is so large that many people (living and decreased) have the exact same names. Many financial collections agencies penalized the wrong person.

Successfully identifies about 20% of spam calls I get as "potential spam". When reporting spam calls I am prompted for "Name" and it's not clear if this is supposed to be my name or the caller's name so I leave it blank which probably (needlessly) decreases the quality of the data. This app appears to be more for show rather than the aggressive tool to fight spam calls that it could be. UPDATE - Got three calls today from the same blocked number. App blocked two of them.
