Too many updates!! I agree that there are too many updates too frequently. Sometimes the billing/payment session is SO slow; yet my payment is processed and my confirmation number is always sent to me. I've been with Verizon since 1995 ---- longer if you include the Bell Atlantic Mobile plus a couple more transitional names before "V". All of my phones/services have worked well ---- so far. Hopefully the app programmers will read these reviews.
Crash crash crash. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every time there is an update, this thing crashes over & over again.Sometimes I even have to restart my phone cause it just keeps on popping up with out me even pressing the button or it just won't close.The last update I had to restart my phone a lot before the app would ever work & then not even a day later they sent out an update for that update cause of the crashes, which made the app crash even more. Its always updates & crashes with this thing. I have an S3 and had no problems til about 3 months.
Bill pay keeps crashing The app crashes every single time I try to use it. Either half way through the process or right at the end it closes out on me. It's easier to call in and pay the stupid bill than to use the app.
I hate my Gs6 phone it's the worst phone I have ever had shuts down and restarts all the time it sucks and it's the 2nd phone I have got and looks like it's going to be number 3 cause of problems grrrr
Payment fixed yet? Does this fix the bill pay feature? For the longest time now while paying your bill it would pend the transaction with your bank. But the app nor verizon rep on the phone has any record of the transaction . Does this update fix that issue?
Worthless Always says not working and for me to close the app out. Never opens unless I keep close and open app a few times it sucks. Used to be good until all these updates then I started having all these problems.
