App says our system is busy everytime after update. Ridiculous. I've tried the suggestion that was sent to me after my bad rating of the app in October. This the 2nd time I've emailed. I was told to reference my phone number for further help if the suggestion didn't work. I've yet to here back. App has been updated twice I believe since it quit working for me. I just want to get help back. Till I get help my rating stays.
App not user-friendly, locked out of tablet line acct. More than a week, can't change acct pw til temp pw is mailed. No breakdown of data usage for hotspot for each device. Bill date change & can't keep smart reward points earned. Unlimited is limited w/ conditions. We're not getting what we pay for. Too many changes. Disappointed!! 1 star
Honestly, the app is good. It shows my information and is easy to navigate. My only issue would be it does not do well handling payments through auto fill. I had to manually enter in information that it could have accepted without whatever glitch caused it to fail.
Health check did not work on my note 3 even after I cleared the cache. It works fine on my new note 8. But when I first ran it the the app showed that I was out of data. I actually had half of my data left when I re ran the app. So close the app before you run it. Then it shows the correct amount of data remaining. I wish there was a way to make the opening screen display remaining data.
Haven't been able to use app for two weeks now. Getting message "Our system is unavailable at the moment". Uninstalled, cleared data, cleared cache and rebooted. Still not working. Please fix- sincerely Expensive Phone
Stopped Working! I've used this app with no issues for several years. New update can't log in to pay my bill . It still monitors my data usage so what's the problem? Fix it and I'll fix my rating!
