Roll over data is a scam Rollover data should be the first data used for rollover. But Verizon has it set to be used as the last amount which means many of us won't get to use it because it will be gone at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Verizon is still about greed. They haven't changed at all. I'll be taking my three lines of service elsewhere just like the many of other subscribers leaving daily. Verizon talks about they listen to their customers and that's a lie.
Meh I switched to Verizon because I get a good discount through work. I wish I wouldn't have. I am not happy. I pay the same amount and have to look at this ugly app. I was hoping the new app would be more useful and look like it's from the 21st century, but it's the same old thing. Guess that's the punishment for not switching to a new plan. However, since it's the only app there is, I'll just have to suck it up and live with my mistake.
Verizon is a company solely focused making money It counts as data to look at how much data you've used, I can't uninstall or even disable it. Terrible bloatware
"Big Update"? So, in the change logs for this app it says update UI and the screen pics show a new app, but I'm not getting it. I've still got the same old app UI.
Grammatical errors and wonky info Some grammatical errors while trying to upgrade my plan. Also encountered misconstrued information on the home screen pertaining to my data usage. Now with newest update it force closes randomly.
To simple So now if the new bill comes out and I have a balance from the previous bill it doesn't show me how much that is. It only shows the total due amount. Give us an option to pay the act in full or just the past due amount. Also it is not detailed enough.
A whole new app, for a whole new plan.
