New app is simpler & efficient I've had one of the newer plans for a couple of months and the new My Verizon app is pretty good. The ability to switch between screens is much faster. You need to login for personal info but once in you won't need to unless you haven't used for awhile. Also like how it keeps track of plan, rollover & extra data separately. Wish rollover data had a longer shelf life than one month after, but all in all very satisfied with the new app.
I need it to do one thing, just one... I have a low-paying job, while looking for a better one. :-( The promise to pay at a later date option does not work! I have used it in the old app with ease. This time, I had to call Verizon and have a live person set this up for me. It sucked up way too much of my time!!
Great app It's the best carrier app I have ever seen. Only making my experience with Verizon even better. However they dont take your data from streaming NFL mobile, they should do the same for all the services in the apps they put out as well.
Makes life so much easier! Instantly know what you plan is, what was included on your bill, when your due for an upgrade, pay your bill fast and up to 2 weeks+ postdated, etc... The widget is invaluable, it gives you real time data usage. We haven't gone over on data since we started using the widget. Easy to use, very clean look, extremely helpful!
My Verizon Chatting with the bot is tiresome, when you do get to chat with a real person every one has been incredibly helpful. The site is easy to use, but very limited. The shop is annoying, break down of charges is a joke, all the sub menus are monotonous. Not a fan
