Update: still an issue despite recent update and I haven't gotten a reply to my email. The app itself is fine, but the most useful part is the widget and the ability to stay signed in. However, the widget has been requiring sign in each time for the last few updates. Going directly to the app, rather than through the widget does not require sign in if you've chosen to stay signed in. Fix this and I'll give a 5 star review.
Was working fine until the update. I uninstalled the update and it worked fine until it said that version was no longer supported. Reinstalled the update not working again... It says oops there was an error... Note II. Update: I was told to send an email which I did on Dec 12 & again on Jan 19th. Why tell me to send an email, if you're not going to answer? At least tell me to piss- off or something.
Some functions freq do not work. Have experienced diff making pymts, using P2P, and adding new forms of pymt. Easier using laptop. Been with VZ over 20 yrs. *Customer Svc has been great & one of main reasons I have stayed.
The Verizon App is pretty good but the one thing it should do for me it doesn't; I still have to call and talk to a live person. For example, it would be helpful to have more detailed information on monthly charges. I have to call if I have questions about stuff that could be on the app.
Some good qualities of the app but rather freaking annoying Everytime I try to pay my bill it crashes. Especially when I try adding a different payment method. Every month same thing. Just let me use this dam gift card.
Functions for paying my bill are buried under a ton of ads. The app would be more friendly if my bill and data usage stayed right on top. Those are the only reasons I use the app. I already have your product, so quit trying to sell me it!
