This APP is Perfect. I can easily pay my bill. I can look, shop, talk to someone, it's extremely professional and personal at the same time. Verizon is perfect. Other companies have been casing them for years! I have been with Verizon for most 6yrs for a reason..NO ONE can touch them in performance PERIOD! Thank you Verizon for ALWAYS taking excellent care of your customers and not gouging us with stupid fees like "other " companies do. BRAVO!!!!! A++++ (p.s. my calls NEVER drop. My friends with "other" carriers cannot say that.)
Honestly, can't really complain about the App. I gave it a 4 because I don't care at all for their rewards program. I think it should be a little easier to just buy stuff you want without adding money, or a 10% of at a restaurant. Who cares, let me get things that are related to my service with Verizon. Makes me sign in every time I open it even after checking the keep me signed in box. Not able to view all phone usages on my account. I did like the VZ rep said and now I've lost on screen data usage widget. Thanks again for taking away another useful option. I know, ads are your priority that's why I can't remove auto added aps that I'll never use.
Health check did not work on my note 3 even after I cleared the cache. It works fine on my new note 8. But when I first ran it the the app showed that I was out of data. I actually had half of my data left when I re ran the app. So close the app before you run it. Then it shows the correct amount of data remaining. I wish there was a way to make the opening screen display remaining data.
I love Verizon for my service but the can have a way to access any Verizon phone. Old or new, it should be the same. Transferring my traveling phone to a more updated phone is unheard of. Other then speaking to customer service. My pre-pay shouldn't have a cut of time with the "live chat" ppl. Live Chat ppl should know how to deal with every Verizon customer. Pre-pay folks pay just as much if not more for service.
All the information I needed to view my plan, pay my bill, view data usage, text messages, and minutes, as well as monitor all phones on my plan, all used to conveniently pop up on a summarized front page. The updated app requires a sign in each time I switch to a different page, and forces me to wade through a swamp of advertisements and unnecessary clutter before I can view what I need to find. What used to be one of the cleanest, and most convenient apps I had ever used for account management has gone from a five star app to a 1 star app.
