When is the app going to ”remember” your login? You have had since the end of August (when an update broke it) to fix it. Thank God, it's not a life threatimg issue!
This Application doesn't work. I updated it yet I don't see any difference. All the new features are not there. Also I have to login everytime. I don't have service activated at this time because for some reason Verizon stole my money. I have no way to contact people. Thanks Verizon for being unreliable. You have made my day horrible. My service has been down for two days. The application says I need to make a payment yet my bank says they did. I should change service to someone more reliable.
All ads; this is the least helpful app for anything but paying and adding into your payments. I tried to look for a way to remove two phone lines... not possible, it only asks for you to pay more for more date and a different phone.
Not bad overall, but it could be simplified a lot more. Try sticking to the things most people use it for. Like paying their bill, etc.
I can't even login. It won't let me create a password. I get an error every time even though my passwords meet the stated requirements perfectly.
I used to be able to see what each line was using with data and manage all my devices but now I can only see mine. I can see it in desktop mode through the browser though. I'm the account owner so I should be able to see it through the app.
A whole new app, for a whole new plan.
