Verizon keeps nagging me to review the app so here it goes.. it is awful. it used to be good. it is very buggy and crushes on me frequently and it never remembers who I am on the same device even though I've clicked remember me... which means I have to sign in with full of credentials each time. I no longer like the app at all.
It's pretty easy to use. The only thing I don't like is having to put my password in more than once or finger print but I understand it's for security.
I swear Verizon does everything in their power to make it difficult for me to pay my bills. Rule #1: DO NOT UPDATE! I don't have room! It's never worth it. Another complaint I have is simply signing in. I still haven't been able to change my password because everytime I try some error pops up. I am tired of having to go into the physical building for help! I am so tempted to switch services.
Is there any way to get the app in my actual timezone? The data usage time has always updated in Eastern time and I am Central. It's a bit annoying.
Completely broken ("Our system is unavailable at the moment" error since November). Many permissions unnecessary unless Verizon wants to spy on you. And they keep going deeper. Over 48,000 bad ratings and counting...great job as always, Verizon!
The entire app is laid out like a spam website trying to steal your credit card info. There is no reason to shove more products down my throat constantly, I am already making monthly payments on one phone yet it seems I also need; a fit bit for each day of the week, a Google pixel, and 3 dozen IPhones. I just want to pay my bill and check my data usage. Stop making the app into an infomercial. And stop with the constant updates that make it harder to use each time.
