Verizon does what it says, most of the time. Meaning the app! Works great! Awesome tech support! 😄 But not the chat 😕 Now I'm having Serious issues with my Elipsis 8 tablet, as of June or earlier 2017!!!?! Paying each month still and It isn't Charging! I plugged it into nearly every electrical outlet in my home, to no avail! No charge!?I CAN'T USE IT! No, I'm NOT A happy camper?! Look into this Verizon, please and thank you so very much! Plus, your in app chat tech PROMISED me A Return package to send it back to you. I Never received it!? 😯 There's an order in for me to get A Replacement but I have Yet to receive it?! 😱 ~ 💋 😆 💟 It's been WEEKS. WHY?! Are you waiting for me to walk into your Store?! I'll give you an earful If I have to Go that route. So Sorry ~
Verizon did it again! Bill b4 last tried 2 charge me a late fee. I made my payment within the grace period. Called and that was straighten out. Now I've went 2 my add-ons 2 remove 1 I've been paying 4. Don't need it no more. It's says changes could take 15 minutes 2 remove. That was almost 2 weeks ago.
Great design and layout. One flaw: I'm on the XXL data plan and have been repeatedly told after inquiring that I get more LTE data by keeping my current plan. However, the app continues to prompt me to upgrade to a "better" unlimited data plan (which doesn't exist).
I read all of the recent reviews so I was trying to avoid updating. But then I was forced to update because of the ridiculous rewards program. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years (back when my phone was Alltel). I find all of these updates annoying and unnecessary. Thinking of switching carriers. Verizon seems out of touch.
I am no longer a Verizon customer. I paid my phone off and I have gone to another carrier. I can't use this app, it's useless to me. However Verizon has locked my phone in such a way that it's impossible for me to remove their apps. This app keeps updating. It is so frustrating that this app keeps taking up space and I can't even use it.
Once again, Verizon ruins a good thing. Since the latest update, whenever I open the app, I have to enter my username (phone #) and password even though I check the "Remember Me" box. What a hassle! It's almost as bad as saving up rewards points for two or three years only to have Verizon "revamp" the rewards system and make the points practically worthless. Thanks Verizon, for NOTHING!!!
