Like many others users, app asks you to sign up each time you one app. Back out the times before it finally loaded without me using to enter the info. Then it does it messes up the very next time UPDATE : VZW told me to add fingerprint. Well that does no good when I open up the app again later and it tells you to sign up or enter your password. Even after setting up fingerprint.
I can't find the Device Tab or the Device Health Check since the last 3 updates. It eliminates all temporary files with the push of a button. Is Verizon Wireless shortchanging the prepaid customers again? Are we supposed to just take it when we prepay for our phone service in advance the old-fashioned way?Where did it go? Also, Does not save space by moving to SD card! ☹
I so enjoy using this to access my account. The only downfall is if you have many devices on this plan they let you do everything But remove a device. You only allowed to continue billing when trying to remove it. Very frustrating.
I love Verizon! Had AT&T, Sprint, Nextel and on and on! Verizon isn't perfect but it's the most economical and for living in the boonies I still get a signal! Go Verizon! Oh, the app works just fine and I change and see my profile the plan features my minutes, texts etc! No problems and no complaints on the app from me!
Data widget was broken with a previous update, however, after a response from developer an update was pushed that seems to have fixed the widgets. Haven't received the update on all my devices yet, but on the device I did, everything seems good.
End user license agreement is a joke. End users are not and cannot be responsible for the security of the device. We can't patch code we don't own. So not if but when there is a breach, I will not be responsible.
