I've had Verizon for the past 1 year and 4 months I only lose a call every once and a while and the app is great to it's very user friendly and you can do everything on the app that you can if you call customer service. I had one issue with the Dalton store and they are just not to understanding nor were they that helpful. Customer service is great though they are nice friendly and understanding about anything I call them about and always got my problems fixed. I would recommend them for there mobile services to anyone out there and there bills never changed on me and was the same every month. Thanks Verizon emplyees for your great customer service.
Been trying to setup autopay forever. Constantly just messes up. App is straight up broken. Still broke as hell. Editing payment options gave me cancer. Update: surprisingly they have fixed the part of the app designed to let me give them money, I guess we can change our 1 star review to a 3 star.
Can't do auto pay without going paperless. I want the paper bills for business deduction. So Verizon imposes a stupid restriction that might delay payment. Paperless billing shouldn't be tied to auto pay. Give customers a choice. Also was told that the website only keeps bills for 6 months when the IRS required is much longer.
Verizon keeps nagging me to review the app so here it goes.. it is awful. it used to be good. it is very buggy and crushes on me frequently and it never remembers who I am on the same device even though I've clicked remember me... which means I have to sign in with full of credentials each time. I no longer like the app at all.
I do not like the new Web design its hard to use seems like there a lot missing I can't find info that was rite at my finger tips before it took for ever to pay part of the bill the other format was so much better. Why change it it wasn't broken
Completely meaningless error messages. Something like "we can't do that now" with no indication of if it's a software bug, Verizon policy, traffic/load issue or what. So you end up on the phone with customer support and they are using the same software and can't figure out why something can't be done. Hilarious if it were an snl skit, but not when you need to do something.
