I've had Verizon for the past 1 year and 4 months I only lose a call every once and a while and the app is great to it's very user friendly and you can do everything on the app that you can if you call customer service. I had one issue with the Dalton store and they are just not to understanding nor were they that helpful. Customer service is great though they are nice friendly and understanding about anything I call them about and always got my problems fixed. I would recommend them for there mobile services to anyone out there and there bills never changed on me and was the same every month. Thanks Verizon emplyees for your great customer service.
Completely meaningless error messages. Something like "we can't do that now" with no indication of if it's a software bug, Verizon policy, traffic/load issue or what. So you end up on the phone with customer support and they are using the same software and can't figure out why something can't be done. Hilarious if it were an snl skit, but not when you need to do something.
10/14/17 - still horrible. I like old app because it was visually appealing (with color contrast), fast and user friendly. Now it's slow, without contrast, busy and complicated. Yuck!!!! :( It used to work fine, but now it's junk! Fix it! Why do I have to log in all the time?
Been using this app for over a couple years now. Use to work great. Now when i go to pay my bill, it doesn't connect right away. I need to get out of the app, reopen it and all works fine. Its sad that when apps upgread, its not always for the best, and not everyone benefits from a so called upgrade. All on all, its a pretty good app and does what it's suppose to
Don't get Verizon as month to month prepaid services don't collect and sell your personal information like Verizon does and they are also MUCH cheaper. Also these vampires lock you in for 2 years which is kind of messed up when you think about it.. you can't leave...
Payments don't go through, have to call after to submit payment usually.. Other than that, I don't use the app. I just find the malfunction to be annoying. I'll attempt to make a payment, it looks like it went through on the app. A few days or weeks later, I'll receive a text that my account is delinquent and due for disconnection.
