I swear Verizon does everything in their power to make it difficult for me to pay my bills. Rule #1: DO NOT UPDATE! I don't have room! It's never worth it. Another complaint I have is simply signing in. I still haven't been able to change my password because everytime I try some error pops up. I am tired of having to go into the physical building for help! I am so tempted to switch services.
Completely broken ("Our system is unavailable at the moment" error since November). Many permissions unnecessary unless Verizon wants to spy on you. And they keep going deeper. Over 48,000 bad ratings and counting...great job as always, Verizon!
Account Locked! It has NEVER let me manage my account from the app. Does not take password or PIN. Keeps saying account is locked due to too many wrong attempts. Obviously it is locked because I can close the app and get right back in to view and pay my bill.
Your updated version really sucks, now when you open it you have to scroll down through all the ads to get to my information. App got worse not better.
No biometrics on note 8. When trying to access the app through the data widget you must log in every time, the remember me option does not work through the widget!
Have to go through too much irrelevant nonsense to get to do necessary things . I understand the need to upsell, but there is such a thing as too much.
