I appreciate all of you technicians, door techs at store, and I must say ABSOLUTELY the Managers and of course your phone techs 👷 👱 👩 plus REPAIR! Yes, Verizon REALLY surprised ME alright! Instead of me surprising you! Plus I was given 2 free Extra GB, FOR being a Long time customer! Tysvm! They Do always fix issues when a customer calls. Plus they give pertinent information regarding Much help to walk you through fixes. Easily for any issues, step by step, and very patiently. Tysvm Amy, Verizon tech in store today! She was great. The app is always logging me out and when I try to log in it tells me I have entered an incorrect password five times and locks me out. Even though I only entered the correct password once. It always tries to get me to make a new password and no matter what won't accept any passwords I make even though they meet all the password requirement guidelines. Then if I force close the app and open it again it logs me right in without a password and gives me full access to my account.
Out of ALL the extra apps on my phone, most of them are bloatware I've Disabled. As for this app- I LOVE IT! I use it on a regular basis & 1 of its features I love the most is the HealthCheck! It shows- what apps are using the most battery, keeping themselves awake in the background, what apps have accessed too many permissions,& unrecognized apps that aren't safe in my ph! I love the DataHub, where I can see anything about my data. ALL of this & MORE in 1 app! Using on my Samsung Galaxy Note5☺
When it is not telling me that the website is down then it is telling me that it don't know my number. I got the bloody number from my Verizon ... this site. It tells me that I am using the wrong password so I change the password and the next day the new password is wrong. So if you want to set a new password every time you use it or if you like to see it fail to connect to Verizon then go ahead and download it.
I would like to complain about the service since my upgrade to unlimited. I'm mad because your unlimited plan is deceptive. All my devices are throttled sice I've upgraded. Before I changed my plan, I never had any issues, the service was good then. I wouldn't be a bit suprised to see a class action lawsuit in the future because of Verizon's deceptive sales tactics
You SHOULD make these OPTIONS into a seperate app!!!! UNWANTED MODIFICATIONS. Read what this crap gains control of.... REALLY??? WHY???? I DO NOT WANT ALL THIS ACCESS!!!!!!!!!!!! TOO MUCH CONTROL!!!! Your ratings ARE DROPPING because you DO NOT LISTEN to what your CUSTOMERS want! (Or DON'T want) GETTING SUPER ANNOYED BY GOOGLE PLAYS NON-STOP MSGS ABOUT APP PERMISSIONS BEING BLOCKED FIX THIS CRAP!
