I appreciate all of you technicians, door techs at store, and I must say ABSOLUTELY the Managers and of course your phone techs 👷 👱 👩 plus REPAIR! Yes, Verizon REALLY surprised ME alright! Instead of me surprising you! Plus I was given 2 free Extra GB, FOR being a Long time customer! Tysvm! They Do always fix issues when a customer calls. Plus they give pertinent information regarding Much help to walk you through fixes. Easily for any issues, step by step, and very patiently. Tysvm Amy, Verizon tech in store today! She was great. Clean UI, easy to use and understand. One caveat: please get rid of the 2nd grade colours on the screens. The previous version was clean and not "broken". Who's idea was it to fix it? Edit 23may17 Vomitous colours still here!! I dislike GREATLY these 'new' coloured screens!! Any eta on their removal????
Confusing. They tell you the same charges in five different places, almost impossible to take a recurring charge off, once you've invoked the charge. Still trying to take the data alert of of my son's phone, that costs five bucks a month. Verizon nickel and dimes you to death. You have drill like crazy through the different memes and still you think you've changed you're address or email or contact info, and three other places an old address shows up. They think they are making better by adding more ways to do stuff, when all the are doing is cluttering up the application. Come you guys, streamline this cumbersome app.
Useless. Every time you need this app. It requires an update first. Get message you're low on data? Here waste data updating the app to see your data. Either make it usable without update, or stop updating it every couple days. It is at least once a week I have to install another update before use. It's faster just to call Verizon and ask them what you need
Good app... dont like the pay function because it tells you you paid and then reopens the screen as if you didn't pay. There are other screens that are the same... not updated from the last action. There is no confirmation of payment in the app so it always feels like something didn't work... a minor gripe but please take care of these types of things that keep this from being a five star app.
Very disappointed!! Not accepting my login, saying I tried 5 times so forcing me to change my password. No regular search so can't manage my network extender. The only thing it allows me do is pay bill.
