Big issue The app itself is causing my phone to say it cancels whenever the charger is plugged in and the lock screen does not say "Verizon Wireless" since the last update and is causing issues.
Why so many permissions? App needs to many permissions for what it needs to do. However, you can change and access your entire plan and bill your account so what happens if you are hacked? I feel by the time it's noticed too late....
Service sucks Is there anything I can do to make my phone actually work, here in Los Angeles. Pretty pathetic that I pay all this money and my phone doesn't work half the time. So, now im on the hunt for a cheap prepaid tmobile or at&t phone that i can use when this phone (NEW note 5) doesnt work.
Will not open I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but that didn't help. I just get an as error message saying that it has stopped working and then it closes and goes back to my home screen.
This app sucks for working with email There is no option to select multiple emails or delete them all. It's painfully slow and reloads everything each time you select anything. Provide a decent mail client to handle email it allow me to use the webmail site. Also, why on earth can I not pay the bill even though it's in my name from this account? Whoever decided that the account should be controlled by the first email address setup should be fired. It's my account and I can't pay it unless I login to my husband's email?!
Crashes every time Not able to manage data, view bill, or basically anything that requires my password without the app crashing. Great job making a worthless app that does nothing but take my money. I've cleared the cache, deleted and redownloaded, it's up to date. Quit making garbage excuses and actually try and fix this issue. It states "Unfortunately my Verizon has stopped working" or just crashes straight to home screen. It's not everyone's phone, it's your app.
