Excellence in Customer Service! Verizon is like a Sundae, and Customer Service Representative named Lucas was the cherry on top! Love Verizon and all the nice representatives who tend to my phone service issues when I have them! This company exceeds my expectations! I am happy to say I am a customer, and each Verizon encounter makes me feel extremely happy! I'm glad to stay the one customer who experiences such positivity from everyone there! I've connected with several of the most dedicated, and most trusting professionals over the years! They showed such interest, and excitement to fix, and solve my problems! The more information tech vendors make available to us, the more we can take responsibility for using that information to improve our online and mobile security. No one else is doing this for us. We have to step up, learn as much as we can and use information, like the info Verizon is providing us with this app, to pull up the drawbridge and secure our own devices. Good luck! Have always liked using the Verizon App to track data usage and pay my bill. Even somewhat to see what's available for my device or new items at market. Now Its not usable because it requires a monthly update to reset permissions because I said no to their craptastic rewards program. I used the app to save time, not waste it! Now It's more efficient to just go online and see my account, it's more accurate, and lots more available information.
Like many others users, app asks you to sign up each time you one app. Back out the times before it finally loaded without me using to enter the info. Then it does it messes up the very next time UPDATE : VZW told me to add fingerprint. Well that does no good when I open up the app again later and it tells you to sign up or enter your password. Even after setting up fingerprint.
UPDATE: More than a year has past since I got locked out, I hadn't tried it, until now. Very easy to use, except that I am not finding the split the bill feature, that is available on the website. That would be useful on the mobile app Tried to open the old one. Asked me to upgrade. Now I don'tt have access.
I can't find the Device Tab or the Device Health Check since the last 3 updates. It eliminates all temporary files with the push of a button. Is Verizon Wireless shortchanging the prepaid customers again? Are we supposed to just take it when we prepay for our phone service in advance the old-fashioned way?Where did it go? Also, Does not save space by moving to SD card! ☹
