I only have Verizon wifi, the app is pretty good when it works but it's a bit glitchy at times which can be frustrating. I've noticed that periodically the app resets and requires a whole renewal log in and that process is a pain in the butt!!! Update - the app has gotten waaaay better and love the improvement. It's easier to use and fast. My wifi is pretty decent, I can't say it's any better than the AT&T Fiber I previously had, they are about the same in terms of speed.

This app has recently been very bad. It takes forever to sign in, it just spins for minutes. No matter if I'm connected via WiFi or 5G, it consistently hangs up. For example, searching the map to find my preferred store it hangs up and resets the map, I can't ever zoom in far enough to pick my store. Also, when I click on my offers I receive a message about a client error has occurred. This app used to work perfectly and now it constantly hangs up or crashes.

My Verizon can be useful at times, but when I am experiencing trouble with my account, it can become quite frustrating. I can only get so much help from the virtual assistant, and at times, the options offered do not encompass my particular issues. I like paying my phone bill with this service, and I like the "Promise to Pay" option. I like the split payment option.

What's new

Home customers are now able to register their Home account from the My Verizon app.

Customers can now see how many notifications they have (from the Account page), and will see an indicator (red dot) if they have new messages.

Home and One Verizon ID customers can access Home Legal links in Account edit profile & settings.
