Obnoxious, always crashing and hard to navigate unless you use it every day so you remember the there are multiple menus for each device on your plan...but none of them allow full access to that device. Maybe if I used the app every day and memorized the things I do once or twice a year I'd give it a 2 star review. That's pushing it

While the in-person Verizon customer service has been pleasant, I cannot say the same about their app. After three attempts to register my mobile device, each of which crashed with either a plain blank screen or" we're sorry we've run into an issue", My account became locked, despite never having been able to set it up to begin with. For an app which, ostensibly, would serve as a revenue stream, I expected some minimum standard of basic functionality. I was, amazingly, disappointed.

I am thankful for the service however, the signal comes and goes, and it seems like it always goes at the worst time!!! Living in a mountainous area I can understand, however it seems to me that I never had interruptions a year ago or so, and it can only be the upgrades that are causing the problems with my phone because I have not been able to upgrade, to 5G (nor do I wish to)!!!
