Organized, but where's my freedom? I think the app is good. It's nicely organized. The phone payment section needs more options. I would like to pay off my phone in the amount I chose. $20.00 a month is going to take forever, but at the same time I'm not looking to give $400.00 to pay it off. That defeats the purpose of chosing this phone payment option over 2 year contract. I don't want to upgrade either. So come on I'm a big boy. Let me decide how much I can afford to pay off on my s7.
Won't Keep Changes CS No Help 1 star is a gift. No matter what I do the app will not save changes. It defaults to Verizon's choices for my account no matter how many times I correct it, tell CS on the phone or at their store. It will be a year in May and we still haven't received rebate for our T-Mobile phones (1/1/17). Typical Verizon policy from what I gather. I would not recommend app or service to anyone I liked.
Old App Made More Sense The old widget worked better and made more sense. Whoever thought to change the data circle to move backwards and to make it a pinkish-red doesn't understand...that both the color and backward movement of the circle make it appear that I have used most of my data early in the month. Sorry Verizon, this update is more of a downgrade for this customer.
Bring back the previous app! 1. WHY dues the *new* app count DOWN? What happened to counting UP and showing on the widget what I have USED!?! At least give us the OPTION of how to see it! . . . . . . . . . . 2. It's NOT ACCURATE. It's a WIDGET! I'm supposed to be able to SEE the (accurate) numbers but now (new app) what shows on the widget and what I see when I click the app - are NOT THE SAME! really? Get it right Verizon!!! PLEASE bring back the old app. It counted UP and it was accurate!!
Stupid data widget. The app itself works fine, but they changed the data widget, and now it reads like a battery meter. I guess that's fine for some people, but I want to see how much he data I have used, not how much I have left. We are actually capable of doing simple math. (And if we aren't, our phones have a calculator.)
Doesn't refresh The data meter widget doesn't refresh on its own unless you go into the app. I could go for days thinking I have 50% of data left only to find out that I really have like 40% left when I go into the app. Can we fix this please? The old widget/upgrade refreshed often.
