Latest update - Widget didn't update when data/billing cycle renewed. Inconvenient as usual. Still won't stay logged in. I have sign in every time I open the app. I have remember me marked. I even activated finger print. Leave it to Verizon to make doing anything account-related complicated and a hassle. Terrible app. Terrible customer support. No response from customer support. Just keep sending $$$$.
I auto sign into the app and can see my data usage and payment options, but anytime I need to type in my password to setup Touch ID or set up a payment it automatically Force's closed making it useless except for checking my data usage.
12/15 update: Still does not remember the phone number even though it's checked to remember. Didn't use to have to sign in every time so assume this is a bug ..please fix this
These ads are annoying. I keep deleting them. They still come back.
