A huge, new update...and IT DOES NOT WORK!!! Using version 12.1.6 on a Nexus 6 with Android N Developer Preview. Login issue fixed (thanks!), but the app is still broken. It gets to the "My Verizon" heading, but the app is non-responsive. The left side menu slides out, but no buttons work at all. Please fix, as this *was* quite a useful app. I am using the My Verizon For Tablets app as a workaround.
No new UI I've been waiting for a new visual overhaul to come to the app, but it looks identical to the old version with the exception of the updated Verizon logo. The only thing that has improved is that it now automatically logs me in. Why should I pay more for a new Verizon plan just to get a visually updated app? I realize upgrading unlocks new features but there features that are standard could benefit from the overhaul too...
Forced out!?! The need to change or update your current mobile plan in order to access your account information, including new features is at the very least bullying but more so egregious corporate strong arming. Corporate abuse at its finest. Bravo Verizon... bravo...
Awful. Information does not accurately reflect account status/upgrade eligibility. Can't shop for accessories. Information shown in one part of app is contradicted in another part of app. Poor execution of upgrade for this app. Previous version worked just fine.
Update broke it It was working great and now anything I click on doesn't do anything. Slide from left edge to the ridge opens the drawer but nothing opens when you click it. Terrible update
Won't log in UPDATE: As of late night July 7th, app appears to work with no new update. Server side fix I guess. Android N on 5X: I input my username and password and it does nothing. Won't log in. No error message or anything, just acts like I never hit the sign in button.
