If the app loses focus from being the active app, when you switch back to the app it is stuck loading/redreshing. This makes the app useless for me because I use a password manager app and I don't know the password to my account. Anytime I want to do things in the Verizon app that requires the password, I have to switch to the password manager app to get the password. When I come back to the Verizon app, it's stuck loading. Before this issue, I thought the app was 5 star worth. Phone is a fully updated Nexus 6P.
Unable to login. Always tells me I am not on the Verizon network. Used to use this app all the time before I upgraded to Android 7 on my Nexus 6. Would love it if this issue could be resolved.
So why do I have to use a special version of the app? It apparently doesn't even recognize that it is installed on my phone because I can't buy Pop Data. It just says that sessions can only be purchased "on your own device". Wut? Also added a pop-up that you have to dismiss every time you launch the app if you have the location permission disabled.
Can no longer use this app since an update. It says that I am not on the Verizon network. I uninstalled and reinstalled and three same thing. The app was useful in quickly showing me my data usage, but is now useless.
Latest update doesn't let me use the app behind Private Internet Access VPN.
New update, but the widget is still broken and I still have to login each time I open the app. It also doesn't look the same as it does in the screencaps.
A whole new app, for a whole new plan.
