Not impressed - but still better than the alternative. It's better than calling that stupid number to get VM, but the quality of the app is awful. Sometimes it randomly blasts my personal voicemails over the speaker (Yay, all of my coworkers know about my upcoming doctor appointment! Thanks Verizon!) and since it often slows down my phone it can take up to 10-15 seconds to switch it to earpiece. Does not disable the screen when phone is up to my ear, so my ear randomly presses buttons while listening to a VM.
Won't verify account info This app is garbage. I don't get how a large corporation can have such garbage on the market. This app hangs up while trying to verify the visual voicemail service is on the account. I pay for visual voicemail so fix this crap!
Waist of $$$ It always lets me know when I have a new voice message, YET I can't see it or listen to it. Even after I hit refresh! I always end up calling my voice mail the good old fashioned way...DON'T SUBSCRIBE!
Doesn't work with Nexus 6p I switched to Google Voice for Visual Voicemail. I had a lot of cute Voicemails from my kids saved on my Verizon account, but at least this works. Verizon should support making their system work with the 6p!
Doesn't Work With New Nexus Phones While I can understand the technical reasons on why it will not work on unlocked phones at the moment, it would show dedication to customers if Verizon would work with Google or the Nexus phone manufacturers to get this working. As of now, it's relatively disappointing that it doesn't work on them.
Totally does not work. We just recently purchased new cell phones with Verizon. The voice mail is totally inoperable! I tried deleting the service from my phone and re- downloading through play store. Regardless what I tried it has been a month now almost that we have had our phones and the voice mail system will not work. I am totally dissapointed!
