It was a wonderful and useful app. Until this latest update. Now I can now long access it through my app draw. I have to go through Google play to even access it. Which is ridiculous considering I'm paying a monthly fee for this.
Waist of $$$ It always lets me know when I have a new voice message, YET I can't see it or listen to it. Even after I hit refresh! I always end up calling my voice mail the good old fashioned way...DON'T SUBSCRIBE!
Not impressed - but still better than the alternative. It's better than calling that stupid number to get VM, but the quality of the app is awful. Sometimes it randomly blasts my personal voicemails over the speaker (Yay, all of my coworkers know about my upcoming doctor appointment! Thanks Verizon!) and since it often slows down my phone it can take up to 10-15 seconds to switch it to earpiece. Does not disable the screen when phone is up to my ear, so my ear randomly presses buttons while listening to a VM.
How is this Visual? No different than the regular voice mail app. Junk.
Can't hear ANYTHING! HORRIBLE! Please fix this! I love the convenience of the app, unfortunately I can only hear the messages if I have my bluetooth headset on. No my speakers on my phone aren't messed up... I can hear everything else just fine besides this app! Get it fixed!
Will not work! I've called Verizon about the error code I'm getting and they haven't been able to fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled wondering if that would help and NOTHING! Hate this app but obviously need voice mail somewhere...Don't know where to go from here.
