WaaysLive Video interviewing offers a convenient and cost-effective alternative to face-to-face interviews during the initial screening process. It can cut travel costs considerably by streamlining the process, resulting in fewer yet higher-quality “in-person” interviews. WaaysLive video interviewing will allow employers to expand their reach at a fraction of the cost of the traditional recruiting model. Video interviewing by employer and jobseeker has the ability to effectively implement and manage hiring candidate & will ultimately make the difference using latest technology used by Waayslive.

How does your startup generate revenue?
Being a startup in India, the core focus is to address the issues and problems faced in the recruitment sector and be a Solutions provider to the job seekers in this Country. What we would implement is a subscription-based model for the employers, where the usage of the platform wouldn't attract exorbitant charges. For the Job seekers, we are introducing video resumes, which would be an optional service. WaaysLive strives to provide this facility to employers and jobs seekers across all industries and types of job seekers.
