App constantly sends my orders to wrong locations miles away. Then if you want to cancel you have to call. Even though I see it right after when app picks a location 80 miles from me I have never been to. Last time.

Using the app is highway robbery. Aside from the hidden charges I've read about, they also don't offer the specials that they do in store or over the phone. Which makes no damn sense. I ordered on the app, for pick up and paid almost double of what they're charging for two chicken bowls in store. $10.99 for 2 bowls vs almost $20 for the same thing. It's bs!

Can't place orders anymore. When I go to checkout and enter my card it keeps saying the zip code or address doesnt match and it declines. Then I check my bank statement and it has the charge, then a refund right after it. Used several cards and all the same. Whats the pt of an app if you cant even order. Uninstalling. Too bad, i liked waba because you can use the app and do a curbside pickup which you cant do calling in. Guess no more waba for me
