so I gave this app 5 stars, it is an awesome app, giving you 50%of your money within 24 hours of a shift being approved by your employer. then there was the problem. I saw an amount available, then it wasn't there. I reported it and it was returned and I accessed it, it went to my bank, but somewhere in the next hour, I was asked what the problem was, I told them it was resolved....I now gave it five stars again 4.18.25

I'm a payments FINTech industry vetren and I'm confident to say that Wagestreams has the worst customer support process I've ever dealt with. A company that handles people's money needs to have a solid customer support team. Wagestreams customer support process is awful.

Won't load, won't find my email, doesn't show my work place listed. Absolute worst.
