Overall, app is stable and does not crash. Functionality.... is another matter. Compared to the website, submitting a Pay Me Back claim does not automatically ask you enter mileage. You have to add the mileage manually, and you have to know the mileage amount. The website will do the calculations for you as you just enter the number of miles, not a dollar amount. Overall, I prefer the website over the app.

The worst. I think it's intentionally bad so you don't submit claims. Every year when I have to use this website or app, I question why I bother with an FSA just because it's so onerous and ridiculous. Multiple pins, change your password, re-log in now you're locked out! Every. single.time. despite using a password manager. I could not hate this company more and their website and their app.

useless. It's not "easy" or useful. End up having to call customer service. Online connection requires different credentials. a receipt is required. App acknowledges one is required on one screen. tapping screen does nothing. Click "plus" button and then "healthcare card receipt" and and told no charges require receipt! DO NOT ENTER "enter receipt for reimbursement" or you'll end of with two charges for same service.
