Hate it! The pop-ups, web based, are to large to read what I'm entering wrong. Doesn't give me a window, with a code, to submit to reset my password. Customer service - frustrating that I have to wait to businesses goes to get my questions answered.
Fix the issues After the update, I am not able to log in. It used to be user friendly, simply submit photo receipts for reimbursements but am now unable to even log in! Help!
Cannot get registered to use it This is crap making me re-register to get the userid and password that I already know.
Works Well I've used it to put claims in. It's worked well each time. Take a picture to submit. Easy.
Suspicous, Unexplained Permissions Read SMS & Call numbers directly are makers for malicous intent, especially when no expanation is given. Earlier version was 5 stars: I installed the app and quickly submitted my claims within minutes of first opening it. The interface is very clean and intuitive. Important information is displayed in a nicely designed format with a well sized font. Navigation is intuitive and the app responds to inputs very quickly. Very well done!
Can't submit photos with latest release Would have rated it higher as it normally provides a lot of convenience, but I can't seem to take a photo anymore. Android user.
