An Internet connection is required for the Treatwell app to work. You'll also need to enable GPS access permissions to get suggestions local to you. When you book in the app, we'll send confirmation details to the email address you provide upon logging in or at checkout.

Ratings and reviews

It's really slow and takes ages to load up the home page. I also wanted to book an appointment - I selected "pay at venue" and was told treatwell needed a card to secure the booking. In case I didn't show up to the appointment, they'd charge that card. It said that they wouldn't take payment now, only if I didn't arrive at the appointment. It actually took payment immediately, so I cancelled the appointment! I wanted to pay on payday, the same day I needed the appointment.

Super convenient for someone who is very nervous calling a salon with rudimentary German. Just wish it would let me use it in English instead! Some of the treatments and hair things just do not translate with translation apps and you sometimes end up booking wrong. There's a section that says country and language, you can select country but not language. PLEASE fix this!!!

No matter how many times I update, uninstall and reinstall, it always gives me an error message. I exclude it's my phone as this app has always worked on this device until six months ago.
