Waitio is a professional mobile app designed specifically for restaurant, cafe, and bar staff connected to the Waitio ecosystem. It helps waiters, hookah attendants, administrators, and business owners instantly respond to guest requests, improving the speed and quality of service.

The app eliminates the need to look for a waiter—any request from a QR code on a table is instantly sent to employees' smartphones.

Key app features:

Instant notifications: Receive push notifications about new requests from specific tables (e.g., "Come to table," "Bill," or "Hookah attendant").

Smart role separation: The system automatically filters requests based on your job title. Waiters see their own tasks, hookah attendants see only hookah requests, and administrators and business owners can manage the entire restaurant.

Convenient call management: Accept a call with one click: this way, your colleagues will see that the table is already being served, preventing duplicate requests. Close the call after helping the guest.

Analytics and History (for owners and admins) View a detailed call history: which staff members accepted the request and how quickly it was completed. Manage your team: invite new employees using a secret code, assign roles, and delete inactive profiles.

Work Shift Control Use the convenient "On Shift" toggle to receive notifications only during work hours, preventing the app from disturbing you on weekends.

Security and Quick Login Log in with one tap using Google Sign-In. For additional data security, biometric login (fingerprint or face scan) is supported.

Note: The app is intended exclusively for current employees of partner establishments. To register in the app, you will need a unique invitation code issued by your manager.
