Seems good, but ought to support more physical sleep trackers (e.g. Garmin Forerunner 235). I don't particularly like the idea of either physically entering (which could be inaccurate) or needing to switch devices to use this app in its automatic mode.
You need to add "when do you wake up tomorrow" and done calculate that with sleep time from last night and send a reminder of the time it is suggested to the person go to sleep
Works well most of the time. Often while not connected to WiFi, the app loads with a blank blue screen.
Xiaomi Mi band 2 does not connect. This is a half baked cake...
Helps maintain my energy during the day and provides me great feedback to better plan my sleep the next night.
