Decided to update. Review, so as I stated before this application sucks. It logs me out at least 3 or 4 times a day. It's a majority of the time when I realize I'm locked out. I'm already in front of the door and now I have to enter my password in front of people in order to get into the building. Please fix these bugs. It's highly annoying. You might as well give us keys instead of just this stupid app

Update Jan 2026: TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Continous log outs have become worse and the app is virtually useless. With the amt of rent I pay, noise and constant weed smoke from other apts, the least you guys can do is have an access app work. Original Review: Continously logs you out, remote lobby entrance often freezes and doesnt distinguish between unit and building keys any longer. Also it no longer gives notification if a visitor enters. The other app version was way, way better and more secure.

Having trouble adding guests to the new app that were ok in the previous app. Terrible customer service as no one has returned my calls since last week, and I have two open tickets to which no one has addressed.
