Comstice Wallboard app works alongside with Comstice Wallboard Server application or standalone in demo-mode.
It retrieves the real-time and daily historical data from Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) platforms via Wallboard server. It collects information about the call statistics, real-time call data, agent states and team voicemail. Wallboard app connects to the server securely over the Internet using HTTPS and updates its views with the latest information every 15 seconds.
