They are most likely running a scam. Made 2 different transfers, first one part of it went missing. Second one was a purchase of bit coin. I got the app notification that the wallet received the funds, opened the app and balance says zero. The only way to contact them is to submit a ticket on their website. It's been several days and no word back from them that they are even looking at it. Email they have posted for support gets returned with a mail error. Found other similar reviews.

I have used TW for some time, but the latest version was a downgrade for me. I do all transactions in BTC: 1. When sending, the toggle between USD and BTC has been removed (it was next to MAC). Now, I have to go to and external site to calculate how much BTC when I want to send a certain USD amount. 2. The automatic network fee estimator is frequently way too low. For example, I have a transaction that been in the blockchain for two days now, and looking at its position in the queue, who know

Absolutely worst wallet I've experienced! I've used this wallet for over a year now. The past month it has been useless to me. If it isn't for the dust error even when choosing the maximum withdraw amount that's supposed to automatically figure the correct amount. Then there's the DApp unable to figure fee error for any amount trying to send. I've sent 2 tickets days ago and still no response. Steer clear of this wallet if you want to avoid the headache.
