The most non responsive and third class banking app ever. From start of month, I'm unable to login. The app requires more verification than any other app. Customer service is also very poor. Despite many attempts and complaints, the issue remained unresolved. The worst experience I ever had with any banking or wallet app. I'd suggest people, not to install this app. Else you'll have your money stuck in it, like many of us and will find no where to go. JS bank management is sleeping on it.

I have been using this app for 8 to 9 months. I face no difficulty at all. Every transaction is done in a smooth way. But for 1 month am facing the problem of identity verification I completed the procedure many times but all in vain. It always shows me the same interface as before. Now after so many attempts I decided to switch to another app.

I have been facing an issue for the last 5–6 days. After the app was updated, it started the verification process. Everything goes through properly during verification, but it gets stuck at the Birth Place step and does not proceed further. I have already registered a complaint three times, but the issue is still the same and has not been resolved.
