Sometimes helpful/useful. It feels more like a stopgap application that someone built 20 years ago, but then no one replaced with a functional app. But it's the only app they've got. "Download our app," they say... but each individual store may have an actually-useful facebook page that posts real information... if you can access it. It's not that it doesn't work, so much as it can't.
