Everytime I start the class, it's always freeze, need to logout login again, always like that. Sometimes while you're online, suddenly it crashed and logging out, please improve your apps. We have paid the course for a better experience, it's November and still no solution

Just install today for my encounter class. Its my first time using it but I am very disappointed because during the class the apps several times out and need to re-login. It disturbed other participants when you re-login and then out several times.

It's impossible to use this app! Every time I have to refresh it and to reload my phone, but it doesn't work. Why I can't join the class because of checking connection when its speed is good enough to watch videos?
