Ratings and reviews

App is acting up today. I'm setting my substitutions preferences and it keeps closing, going back to the previous screen, without saving my choices. Also, I would like the option of making do with a smaller size, if my shopped item is unavailable (1 small container in place of large one, rather than paying more and getting multiple small containers).

Walmart has got to do better with their search bar. Trying to find anything is s complete mess and very frustrating. When you type something in to search even with filters it shows a thousand different things that you didn't even want but might have a similar-sounding name. I would think that your app could be a lot more precise. I know you think somebody will come across another item and buy it, but for those of us who were shopping for a specific thing just want to see that item.

Most of the time there are no issues with my pick up orders. I have had issues with milk expiring the next day, charged for items I did not get, rotten fruit and vegetables or getting the wrong items. However, Walmart is quick to resolve the issues. I have to call the 800 number because this is considered online not in-store. I can keep the item but have to go back to store to get the replacement. App is easy to use.
