Ratings and reviews

Honesty, useless. The app contains the most basic information and a selection of random articles that offer no practical help, especially for the chronic struggles. I would not recommend it even as the first step, I think it could do more harm than good for a person with no therapy experience. The hotline numbers could have easily been a leaflet.

4.7 stars???? How? all I see is 1 star reviews. scroll to "see all reviews" they're all 1 star. This app is USELESS, I can't even get registered. I downloaded the app, I select " resend invitation code" All I get is an error message stating server error...theirs not mine. I went online to register, selected "send invitation code" to go to my email. The email never arrives. Probably because of their faulty server again. so, pretty much a useless service. and the " get help" is NO "help".

Absolutely useless. I'm in a little funk and decided to take some of the little evaulations. Most of the answers were neutral or positive and all of my negative answers were work related. I was placed at HIGH RISK HEALTH and given some painfully basic information in return. if I wasn't smart I'd start panicing seeing that but seriously?? suggesting someones that at risk without creating a plan, which I was under the assumption your app does, is dangerous. don't trust them one bit.
