one of the worst apps to use. literally have to re-enter all the info with the bot everytime i make an appointment, so painful... plus the end chat button is right where you'd expect the enter button to be, nope you use the return on your keypad to enter (too bad if you wanted to start a new line in the chat). not user friendly.

Honesty, useless. The app contains the most basic information and a selection of random articles that offer no practical help, especially for the chronic struggles. I would not recommend it even as the first step, I think it could do more harm than good for a person with no therapy experience. The hotline numbers could have easily been a leaflet.
