They don't have experience driver also they rude with customer they ask you for ticket 2 times and they angry when have again.Also if you have children have there ticket they call police for it even thought they didnt say in advance children that are young have to paid. And when you paid cash they give no ticket.I wonder all on the cash they make no receipt no good.

I decided to give this company a chance. The banner says $10 off the ticket if you get it through the app. I purchased the ticket only to be told by customer service that all promotions have expired. This is false advertisement. Departure 1245 bus never showed. Called office bus already in durham. Waiting on a 150am bus. Never again. First time. Horrible service.
