How to use Kyvol app

Step 1. Download the app
Download the app from Appstore.

Step 2. Register your account:
After downloading the app, create an account with your Email address. If you already have a Kyvol account, you can log in directly.

Step 3. Add your devices to Kyvol app:
Open the Kyvol app and follow the setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone.

Step 4. Use your devices:
After the pairing the succeed, the new device will show up in the device list. You can simply tap the icon and start enjoying the Kyvol smart home experience.

Convenient bonus to the vaccum. I can control the vaccum without needing to move from the couch or bed. It also has a "History" feature that let's you know how long the vaccum was in use & where it cleaned! The layout is also nice & easy to use. Very self explanatory. For those that don't like the permissions, just disable the permissions in your phone settings. Simple fix.

It is impossible to actually create an account. Makes you put in an email and they send the email a code, but when you leave this app to go get the code everything resets and you have to start over again. I eventually just tried putting an old code in and when I created a password, I got a "password is too long" error. At that point I gave up, and will be returning my vacuum bot.

Terrible registration process. Got my device 2 days ago and can't create an account to register and use the app. Its asking me for country, email, pword and also verification code which is mandatory. How am I supposed to get a verification code if I can't complete the registration process and click submit??? I have a Eufy, smart bulbs all around and this is the worst set up/activation ever. Sent them a message, they replied with a number to call. Called # and got voicmail. Will return asap.
